Healthiest meal of the day
Whole wheat pita w/ hummus! Another of my fav snacks!
Cottage cheese (2%) w/ mixed berries and grapefruit. This is like dessert!

Non fat plain greek yogurt with chopped strawberries and blueberries. More like dessert!

1 slice of whole wheat toast w/ 1 tsp almond butter and 2 poached eggs
Pork Carnitas w/ cilantro lime dressing
Let go of the Eggos. These are awesome!
